Dr. Zhigang He’s
Zhigang He’s research is focused on mechanisms that prevent axons from regenerating in the adult central nervous system. He is focusing on inhibitory activity in adult lesion sites and reduced intrinsic ability associated with mature CNS neurons.

Dr. Wise Young is the founding director of the W.M. Keck Center for Collaborative Neuroscience and is recognized as one of the world’s outstanding neuroscientists. Dr. Young has begun human clinical trials aimed at restoring function in chronic spinal cord injury.

Dr.Ted Teng is the director of Brigham and Womens neurosurgical research laboratories. His focus is in studying the molecular mechanisms that enhance strategies to treat challenging issues of spinal cord injuries, and neurodegenerative diseases

Dr. Jeff Macklis is a highly renowned neuroscientist and has been a recipient of previous awards from our grant… He is a member of the Harvard Stem Cell Institute.
